Have a problem where we have the touch panel required error displaying on the codec, no Cisco touch panel is attached to the codec. This codec is used on multiple networks and is factory reset after each session and re-configured from a Crestron controller to the network required for the new session. After each reset the "xConfiguration Peripherals Profile TouchPanels: 0" is sent to the codec and 90% of the time it works and the warning goes away. In effort to make the system restart without the warning is there way to poll to see if this message is being displayed and cleared from the codec GUI? If that is not possible does a xstatus command exist to verify the number of touch panels the codec is searching for so the "xConfiguration Peripherals Profile TouchPanels: 0" could be re-sent if it is not set correctly?

There is no xStatus command to verify the number of touch panels the codec is expected to have connected, but you can use the same xConfiguration command, just leave off the number at the end and the result will be what is currently configured, for example:
xConfiguration Peripherals Profile TouchPanels
