Update Cisco SX80 to CE8 option keys

Hello

   I would like to update a Cisco SX80 software TC7.3.4 to CE8.3.6 but I have installed the option keys: Multisite, Encryption and Premium resolution.

¿Can I update directly without backup this option keys?

¿There is a problem updating from crypto and not Crypto software? ( "TCNC" or "CENC") to TC or CE? ¿how can I check which is my softare version:

My TC version is: TC7.3.4.e4daf54

The CE version that I want to instal is: s52020ce8_3_6.pkg

Hi,

Upgrading from TC or CE to NC software will require a different release key. SX20 has nc packages and you see the tcnc or cenc notation in the version installed on the codec. Fortunately on SX80 we do not have separate NC packages so you cannot really make a mistake. The encryption option key defines if you are using crypto or non crypto but the keys are still the same. Since this is already present you have crypto software. The options will sustain during the upgrade, except for maybe premium resolution which is part of the newer versions by default now. Check the release notes.
