VC Endpoint upgrade

Hello,

I am trying to do a bulk update to 9.14 via TMS. On the system upgrade, the endpoints(SX10) shows up as "not supported". TMS 14.13.0, endpoint are on CE9.8 and register to CUCM. I am not sure if I am missing a step

You TMS version is about 8 years old, SX10's didn't exist then. 

 

You need to upgrade TMS if you're going to manage SX10's.
