That would all depend on what you want to record, or how you need to consume the recording.
You could use a web based recording solution such as https://www.rec.vc/
Or, if you wanted something local, you could look at adding more equipment to the Room55 to take the extra audio and video outputs out of the endpoint and in to some sort of recording solution, but, depending on what you need to record, that can get complicated quickly.
