VCS - audio vs video routing

Hi there-  I have h.323 endpoints registered to my VCS, which are Lifesize.  The discs have options to choose audio or video for dialing.  My question is can the VCS route a call a certain way if audio is chosen and another way if it is video?  By way of search rule..?  Currently we provide the users with a short dial # that the vcs routes to an IP address via search rule.  We'd like that short dial number to route differently if the endpoint selects audio.

Hello,

There is no option in VCS to route the call as audio or video.
It will just forward what ever endpoint will send in SDP and connect the call accordingly.
Also, if you check the search rule config there is no setting so it can understand whether call is audio or video. It will just match the called number and route the call accordingly and if the endpoint supports audio only it will connect the call as audio only.

Thanks.
