I have several calls at my VCS that I cannot disconnect (logged in as admin). How can I solve this problem without reboot?

I noticed that as well, that's a bug. You should notice that these ghost calls at least don't take a call license.
The only solution I know is to restart or reboot or to wait for an upgrade, ...

Hi Martin,
yepp, thats right. But this is a really ugly bug - they confuse our call statistic. Cisco should fix this.

Juergen,
what type of calls are showing as hanging? Are these interworked calls, B2BUA calls?
Could you post a screenshot perhaps?
Thanks,
Andreas

How do you gather your call statistics? TMS, analytics extension, self made, ...?

Quick'n Dirty Perl Scripts feeding the information into Nagios. So its not a problem of filtering out the Information only for
the right calls, its only a "cosmetic" based problem.

I use the API to monitor the ammoumt of active traversal, local and registrarions ans this works ok for me,
so if you just want to count the amount of calls you can use that as well.
