Zoom Calls Drops RTP-Media Traffic in 15-30secs

After the call establishment to Zoom meeting from Cisco endpoint(all model and different versions) the media RTP traffic stays only for 15-30secs(we can see and hear each other) and get VCS 408 Request Timeout Error, not sure what is causing the issue.

Setup: Endpoint -> VCSc -> Direct SIP Trunk to Zoom thru cloud connection.

Here is the media failed endpoint log looks like, at end of the log you will find "No incoming video and No incoming data" before the media stops.

When you're seeing consistent timeouts or drops in audio or video, it is almost always a firewall issue.

Okay, in the packet capture i see the VCS is not sending ACK and idle wait time is 2690secs and the re-transmission starts again.

The idle timer shows up after 44min after successful call in the syslogs.
