How to use Trex to scale up mac-address table on DUT(switch)

I am not sure that I am interpreting the question correctly: You are attempting to saturate your mac address-table/CAM of a switch using traffic generated by Trex?

The only way I can think of to achieve this is to define a randomized MAC addresses per stream in stateless mode. You can see an example of defining custom MAC address in this example script, this is however not particularly scalable solution. I think scapy would be a better fit if you only wish to send traffic with randomize MAC addresses to saturate your CAM.
