Attendant Console 8.6 Configuration Help

Does anyone know of a good configuration guide for Attendant Console 8.6?  I used the guide found here to install ther server side and client side:

But, this is just the base install guide, not a configuration guide to follow and end up with a working system.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

There is also a new guide I saw yesterday that looked pretty good.  (cant find, but I swear it call flows)

As an end user guide? I found this Verizon quick guide pretty good.
