Attendant Console Advanced 10.5 resize windows

Hello,

I recently installed AC Advanced 10.5.   When I resize my panes in the client (directory, active calls, speed dials) and get them setup how I like, if I log out (without closing), it remembers how I resized my windows.   If I log out and close the AC client, the next time I open it, my windows sizing goes back to the defaults.   Is there any way to change this behavior so the client remembers the last settings?

Our receptionists shut their PCs down every night so every morning, they need to resize their windows to their liking.

Does the user account running the app have local admin rights? If not, try that to see if that changes the outcome. We have seen the attendant console apps have problems with registry hives (page 29) and/or file permissions being read-only to non-admins.
