Hi All,
Kindly need your help. I've problem when registering CTI Port through Cisco Contact Center Express, CTI Port status on my Call Manager always shows Unknown.
Below is step by step what I'm doing to create this CTI Port :
- Create Application in Application Management CCX
- Create Call Control Group in Subsystem CCX
- Create Trigger and assign call control group into trigger also assign application that using the trigger
- Assign CTI Port and CTI Route Point in Call Manager User Management -> Application User
The Result is :
- CTI Route Point status registered to Call Manager after performing restart CCX Server
- CTI Port status still show Unknown
Did anyone experiencing same issue above? Or anyone know how to fix issue above?
