We have CallManager V7, and I cannot access the CCMAdmin's web interface.

CallManager is still working, but I cannot the web interface.

What can I do to fix this issue?

Try to restart the Tomcat service from the CLI. If that doesn't work, past here any error message you are getting from the GUI or CLI.

I get Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.

I was able to login through CLI.

I am attempting to restart the Cisco Tomcat service, but it only says Cisco Tomcat [Starting] and never finished.

Try logging to the subscriber unless this is a standalone server.

I can't access the subscriber's webpage either.

Or do you mean through the CLI?

Restart Tomcat from the CLI of the server with the command

utils service restart Cisco Tomcat

Ran the "utils service restart Cisco Tomcat" command twice, but didn't work.

Gives me:  Component is not running

                   Cisco Tomcat[NOTRUNNING].

Now I have a lot of services with  Commanded Out of Service.

If the tomcat service gets stuck in starting status then I'd suggest opening a TAC case

Would I use the "utils system restart" command to reboot the server?
