i can log into unity connection serviceability but not cx admin. when i try unity connection administration it says the pwd has expired and i need to enter a new one.( i used ciscoadmin...ciscoadmin). when i do it comes back with the same expired msg plus "X trivial credential" the cisco...ciscoadmin worked for CUC Serviceability but not for admin. how can i resolve this? i've tried the cuc utils reset password ciscoadmin cmd with no success.

Hi,
Can you please try restarting the Tomcat service (as you are able to login via serviceability)? This situation might happen when database connections are leaked, which over time slows web response down and eventually does not allow administrators to login to any of the Administration pages.

i've tried this and the pwd recovery in the attached document. still can't login.. thks for trying.
