Hello, just a couple of quick questions:
1. is it possible to create routing based on Caller ID (incoming number) for UCCX (any flavour 4-6)
2. for the phone's caller ID, does the CTI port show up, or the actual caller ID of the incoming call?
3. Can you have time of day/day of week routing?
4. can you have failover routing, say if a call is not answered in 60 seconds re-route to an external number?
