CER - Routing to alternate PSAP

Hi,

The local fire department which also provides ambulance service has a direct line which they tell us to use as the response time is faster for 911 calls. I would like to know how to accomplish this on the CER server any directions or documentation with procedures would be very helpful.

i would setup a separate code for this for 2 reasons.

1. interfering with 911 dialing in any way would be against the law. Redirecting to the fire department is interfering with that call.

2. The fire department does not have the equipment or systems to handle location information. 

I would not do this in CER. I would just have your onsite team know this number and use it if there is a call that requires the fire department.

3. What if the 911 caller needs police assistance and that call only goes to the fire department?
