The easiest way is to delete all the ports and then use the wizard to re-create them, should not take more than few minutes. Take a note of the naming convention used for them and all the settings, delete them, use wizard and change name prefix if default was not used before as this is how UCON registers these via the name. The re-add the ports to proper Line Groups.
