Hi All,
it seems network admin team has changed LDAP to LDAPS, do we require any changes in cisco call manager.

as long as you have all the certificates you need installed for trust...etc, you should be good
edit....you also need to change the port you are using, ask them what port you should use.

Usually the port used is 636 or 3269 if you’re connecting with a Global Catalog server.

Updated the LDAPs cert and changed the port to 636, all seems good now.
