Dear All,

I tried to install Cisco Unity 7.0(2) without failover using Exchange 201 server as a partner server. I have followed all the steps detailed on the Cisco Web Site for Using Microsoft Exchange 2010 with Cisco Unity Versions 8.0, 7.0, and 5.0. But, after installing the the Cisco Unity 7.0(2) ES 41, the exchange 2010 does not appears as an option on the Cisco Unity Message Store Configuration Wizard.

Can you help me please if you have been faced to the same issue?

Tanks in advance.

Hi -

If you don't see Exchange 2007/2010 offered in the Message Store Configuration Wizard, I'm sure this has something to do with inadequate permissions or the exchangemapicdo is not the correct version.  Take a look at this doc, which you may have already seen, but review to make sure you:

- Ran the updated version of the Unity permissions wizard

- Have the correct exchangemapicdo file (not the one that comes on the Unity CD)

- Have your Exchange server at correct service pack/rollup and have performed the necessary permissions.

Hope this helps!
