I am getting the following error for every active directory user I attempt to import into Unity with the Cisco Unity Bulk Import tool (Unity 4.0(5).
Failed to enable MAPI RTF format for user: "xxxxxxxx"
This tool has worked well in the past - thought i don't believe we've used it since moving to 4.0(5). Does anyone know what could cause this?

As a follow-up - it looks like it is actually creating acocunts in a fashion - the extensions are correct as are the Exchange aliases - but the accounts have no First name (just and Underscore character) and therefore cannot be actually selected in the Admin interface - selecting them just brings up the first call handler...

Hm - sorry asbout that - looks like my initial search for this before posting was flawed - I see from http://forum.cisco.com/eforum/servlet/NetProf?page=netprof&forum=IP%20Communications%20and%20Video&topic=Unified%20Communications&CommCmd=MB%3Fcmd%3Ddisplay_location%26location%3D.1dd88f42 that this has been asked and answered and i'll work on the CSV workaround.
