I just tried this guys workaround (while I figure out what is wrong with the Audiotext manager) and I was able to get a greeting uploaded:

You can try using Audio Text Manager:

Anyone having problems with the Audiotext manager lately? I keep getting a .Net error. I used it last week and have uninstalled any updates but can't get it to work anymore.
I've only got about 20 greetings to upload for the holidays...
