Hi
The title pretty much says it all
I'm following the installation guide for Click to Call 8.0 here
But I have CUCM 9.0 and I can't find any info on whether this should work.
Webdialer is fine and I can make calls. But when trying to configure Click to Call on a PC I get stuck at an error message "Enter your Cisco Unified Communications Manager account information."... even though I have...
Thanks in advance for your help
Regards
Tim

Hi Tim,
From the release notes it looks like you would need 8.1
Here's the 8.0 requirements;
Server Requirements
Item | Requirement |
---|---|
Cisco Unified Communications Manager | •Cisco Unified Communications Manager version 6.x, 7.x, or 8.x, or Cisco Unified Communications Manager Business Edition version 7.x or 8.x. |
And the 8.1 requirements;
Item | Requirement |
---|---|
Cheers!
Rob

I'm running into this exact same issue on 8.6(2). I've tried custom .reg entry files too to no avail. Log files keep sending the actual PC username instead of the credentials that are entered into the click to call configuration window.

I have the same problem I am running UCME 9.1 with Click to Dial 8.1
the webdialer works with no issues.
When I attempt to use the application I get the same error message as above. I have also played with the Reg to pass my login info, since we are LDAP enabled I do have a UCM account that matches my PC account both ways i have tryed so far have the same error.
