Hello all ,
I hope you are doing well.
I need your help to deploy this scénario.
I have a:
CME --------》 call manager --------》 GatewayH323 -----》 ISDN
Between CME and Call Manager SIP Trunk
DN of CME is 7000
DN Call Manager is 5000
7000 capable of making calls to 5000 and even also for 5000 capable of making calls to 7000
.my problem is that DN 7000 from CME cannot make 06XXXXXXXX ISDN calls from Gateway H323. How can i do that ?
Best regards
Akram

Take debug isdn q931 from the gateway and see what happes to your call.
You can also run DNA on CUCM trunk to make sure CUCM will process this call. Check if the trunk has CSS configured to make outside calls.

First of the CME needs to have dial peer(s) that let’s calls pass to CM and then the SIP trunk in CM needs to have a inbound CSS that has visibility of partition(s) for egress calls. Use debug ccsip message to check the call sent from CME to CM. Then use DNA to check the call routing for the trunk. If the call reaches the H323 VGW use debug isdn q931 and debug voip ccapi inout to check the call flow through the VGW. It’s important to verify each step of the way in the call flow to find out where it fails to be able rectify the fault.
