Collaboration Assurance - UC Toplogy View - No view

Hi,

 

I have installed the Collaboration Assurance v9.0.24376 on UCS 220M3 server. I have added the CUCM and the Voice Gateways to the device list.

When I select the Operate ---> UC Topology View, the progress bar moves till around 90% and is stuck there forever...Waited for a couple of hours as well but still not view. Anyone had faces a similar issue?

Also I do not find the phones discovered during the Inventory collection job. I had enabled the Web or HTTP Service on the CUCM after Assurance installation. Is a CUCM restart needed? Kindly advice
