Community Restructuring To Begin on April 5 at 12:30 p.m. Pacific Time

Hello Community Visitors,

In order to improve the usability of the Cisco Collaboration Community we will be introducing new topic areas and categories within those topic areas for more granularity and filtering on different solution areas.  Some posts related to unified communications clients -- including Cisco Jabber, Cisco contact center applications, and Cisco SocialMiner -- will be moved out of this Unified Communications topic and into new broken-out topic areas.  These posts will be unavailable starting this afternoon through approximately noon Pacific Time on Wed, April 10. I will post a notice when the migration is over and encourage you at that time to check out the new topic areas.

Update:

We are a bit delayed ... target date for new area to go live with the migrated contact center posts is  Wednesday, April 24.

Today, posts related to Cisco Jabber will also be moved from the Unified Communications area to the new area. Thus, these posts will be unavailable up to next Wednesday, April 24, when we hope to go live with the new topic area.

I will post a notice when the migration is over and encourage you at that time to check out the new topic areas.
