CUAC Standard Call Auto answering issue

HI,

I had a problem with CUAC standard. my problem is when i receive two calls at same time to my console if i answer a one call the other call automatically answered and goes to hold. This is really terrible trouble for me. 

But if i answer one call using my phone its cisco 7861 it won't happen. what could be the issue with that?

I have format the user PC and reinstall the CUAC few months ago.but in earlier days it wont happen.

Is there any issues with the CTI services ?
