CUBAC 8.0.0.535 presence status

I have 2 questions regarding presence

1. Is there a setting that allows me to transfer a call to a user even if their presence status is away.

2. The presence status does not seem to update unless I log out of cubac and log back in.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

Hi Denis,

1) When you recieve the pop-up window in CUBAC its merely a warning that the user presence is away or not set.  So you can click on the icons in this menu to send the call.  Otherwise you can also disable this pop-up completely by logging into the client and going to Options -> Preferences -> Display and unchecking the "Prompt if Presence Status is Set".

2) Are you truely refering to Cisco Presence status?  Or are you refering to BLF / Phone status?  These should update appropriately, but it would be a bit complicate to troubleshoot over the forum.  Please feel free to open a case to troubleshoot this further.
