CUBE as a SIP proxy server?

Hello,

We are planning of replacing our current SBC's with Cisco CUBE. Can Cisco CUBE act as a SIP proxy server, similar to CSPS. If not, since CSPS is EOL, what is the other option for SIP proxy server if I have CUBE in my network. Or is there something else which can do all the functions of CUBE and also act as a SIP proxy server?

I think it all depends on how you are using the CSPS today.  Check out this link:

Otherwise you may want to look into a Session Manager server.  This will do all sorts of functions for your different protocals, acting as a "hub" similar to GK, CUBE, CUCM, etc.
