Hi,
I need help about Enable SAML SSO options on CUC. Currently, that option is grayed out and I can't click it to Enable SAML SSO. It happens in CUC 11.5(SU11). Even after I export all metadata, it's still grayed out. What I have done in CUC is:
- Make sure both server in cluster is in active
- There is administrator user in CUC, refers to this post https://community.cisco.com/t5/collaboration-applications/unable-to-enable-sso-on-unity-connection/td-p/4412671
Is there anything that I should check to be able to click this option? I attach screenshot for both SAML SSO page and administrator user page.
Thank you for your help.

Which role have you given the user exactly? It should be the "system administrator" role.
Are your users local end users, or did you also have LDAP sync activated?

I logged in using default administrator user. I checked, it's already has system administrator rule.
Our users is LDAP synced users. I tried to assign system administrator role to one of IT user, but enable SSO still cannot be clicked.
