we have a unified number of our institute and we use cisco unity to make the auto responsder of outside calls.
it was working fine and no issues , suddenly we got an issue of calling outside through SIP trunk with ITSP. and we fix it but the CUC is not responding to incoming calls from outside.
after investigating starting from VG router ending with CUC, we found the following messages from CUC :
15:05:28.847 |26929,,,MiuSIPStack,10,Alert!!!, No line available on Server (Sub CUC )>>>10.5.155.63:5060 to handle this call.
15:05:28.847 |26929,,,-1,-1,Miu SIP Integration, All lines are busy on redirector (Sub CUC )>>> 10.5.155.63:5060. An incoming call will not be answered.
15:05:28.848 |26929,,,MiuSIPStack,10,TCP: destination address:port (Sub CUCM)>>> (10.5.155.61:5060)
15:05:28.848 |26929,,,MiuSIPStack,11,Outgoing Sip Message--> SIP/2.0 503 Service Unavailable
so it seems that the issue is located at CUC, what's the solution for this?
Are you able to call the AA pilot number internally ?
the calls coming from VG router into cucm and then it translated to AA number.
when i called AA number internally it open the session but without sound.
What about Voicemail ? Are you able to reach your mailboxes ?
Voicemail not configured to users yet, so no need to check that
