In CUCM 8.5 is there a way to determine which phones are using Public Space Licensing in a deployment?  I need to get them converted to UCL but need to know model is using which license type.

You can use the User Count Tool to assist in determining license changes if upgrading. - https://community.cisco.com/t5/unified-communications/user-count-tool-beta-now-published-to-sw-center-on-cco/m-p/3457017

Otherwise, I see this from an old 8.5 doc:

Thanks for the information. I don't see the UCT available for download as 8.6 has been removed. I had used the LCU and that indicated the number of CUWL licenses required.

Unfortunately most of the phones are unassigned. I'll have them go through and map phones/devices to users and see if I'm able to determine what's left at that point.

Hmm, ok then the LCU tool will at least get you into the total count needed.

For the unassigned users, try downloading the Device Assignment Tool - https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286284802/type/282204704/release/DAT

It wil search multiple criteria and attempt to auto assign uses.

Thanks.  Never heard of that tool but worked to link about 45 devices that weren't assigned.
