cucm upgrade from version 9.1.1 to version 9.1.2

Hi All ,

we are using currently using CUCM ver 9.1.1.20000-5 , and we need to upgrade it to cucm 9.1.2  , because we have add cisco 8800 series ip phones in the system .

but i could not find  upgrade file for above upgrade , can any one help me on it ?

The procedure is the same as in any other upgrade, just make sure to read the RN of the version you're going to.

in this case, when I upgrade from 9.1.x to 9.1.2, is it mandatory to have the SWSS active?

When you have to migrate from 9.1 to 9.2 or to 10.x you should have SWSS, but an upgrade of the "maintenance number" still need SWSS?

Hi,

for minor upgrades , u do not need SWSS contract like 9.1.x to 9.1.2

But for major upgrades from 9 to 10 or 11 , u need to have SWSS contract , so that u can place order through PUT.
