CUE hangs up while leaving a message

CUE version 8.6.12  CME 10.5 2900 series router.  CUE hangs up while leaving a message.  Box message sizes are set to 15 minutes, but the CUE will hang up every call before the 15 minute limit.  Random times every call.  Typically a problem with long messages past 5 minutes.

This looks like an issue with our SIP vendor.  My guess their RTP timers are disconnecting the call because of one sided conversation.
