CUEAC DIRECTORY NOT SYNCHRONIZING WITH CUCM

Hi,

i have manaed to install CUEAC successfully and i can successfully connect to the CUCM using axl connection as well as TSP.

however when i sysnchronize contacts, i still cannot get the contacts from Call manager. i think it has something to do with my directory rules.

this is what i have set up

under directory rules.i have it on default:

source fields: allowcticontrolflag

operator: equal to

value: blank

please help with this troubleshooting. cheers

Remove the Directory Rule filter, ensure that the Directory Synchronization is set to sync at restart, and restart the LDAP Plug-in service.
