Hello,
The user gets disconnected/unavailable, (CUPC still registred with the callmanager) after inactivity period. He cannot anymore change his state. He has to quit and login again.
Any suggestions that may solve this prob !

You may do a packet capture on the CUPC computer. See if you got lots of "TCP checksum error"?

There is no TCP Checksum error in the Capture .

Sorry for the stupid question. Did the capture cover the time span that CUPC went from "Available" to "Offline"?

Create a problem report from the CUPC client once the client goes dis
connected/unavailable to see why the subscribtion refresh is not occuring
for the CUPC user. As mentioned there may be a connection issue from
CUPC with CUP.
