downloading UCM end users into attendant console standard

Hi all, I have a UCM 10.5 system with attendant console standard application for the reception. All works fine but I can only download about 3/4 of the  users into the directory. I can see the missing people in the UCM directory, I have no filters set in the application and they are active within AD.

 

Any Ideas?

Hi Paul,

The max no of contacts that can show up is 5000 as per page 3 of the following link

Is your setup exceeding that limit?

Hi Manish, I forgot to say I have no more than 1000 users so no not exceeding the limit.

Hi Paul,

If the number of users is less than 5000 and there are no directory filters configured then i would suggest involving TAC to investigate it further.

Check your application user associations and devices associated too.

 

Let me know if this helps, further more can you explain what steps you've taken after installation for integration with CUCM as this might be where your problem lies.
