I have a windows 2003 SP1 with SQL Express 2005 SP3 loaded. I downloaded the 8.5 software pack from the website and unzipped it. It starts the install then fails and says I do not have SQL SP2 or higher installed.
What gives?

Uninstall SQL and CUEAC will install it during the installation
