Generate a call from a email

Hello,

I have a strange questions. We are using cucm, cuc, cups and webex in our company. We are using as well a monitorings tools (PRTG) to inform us about new alarms in our IT. PRTG can generate some email and sms.

There is a way for that the monitoring tool send an email or sms on our call manager and this one generate a alarm call on our directory number???

Yes, but that would require custom programming to create an app that receives those emails/sms and then it uses CTI/webdialer to place that call.
