I was reading about unified mobility MVA feature. but I am confused here. what if someone from outside dials into the MVA DID from a public phone but has a spoofed caller ID similar to one configured in one of the remote destination, so that CUCM authenticates and allows him to make international calls?

Hi,
When working with MVA you'll need to authenticate using a PIN (password) so it's a secure feature.
If a person is able to spoofed the callerID you should demand your service provider for a lot of money .
