Recently we upgraded our Cisco Emergency Responder from 9.1 to 11.5.
The 9.1 is licensed but we don't know the PAK/licensing info which we need to get a new license for the 11.5 version.
We can still boot up the old CER 9.1 VM. Is there a way to view/extract the PAK/licensing info by logging into the machine?
