How to Migrate unity Express to Unity Connection

Dear Team,

I have a client they  has planing to migrate Cisco unity Express NM Module (Cisco 2921 Router) to Cisco unity Connection (UCS - VM Server) and they are looking to replace it with something more scalable. How to implement to unity express to unity connection with all users including voice messages.
please share the plan of action document.
