how to set CPTone and Frequency on E1 Line ??

hi friends,

we have a cisco 2911 router, and it connected to an E1 line from telco,

problem is when we call to a number which is busy, router will detect busy-tone after ~40 seconds...

i want to define custom-cptone, frequency and cadence, and then apply it on E1 port,

but there is no commend for doing that on an E1 port like >> voice-port 0/0/0:15

for fxo port, i enter this command on it >>

voice class custom-cptone TEST

dualtone disconnect
frequency 430 430
cadence 500 500

voice-port 0/1/0
supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call
supervisory custom-cptone TEST

but for E1 port, i cant do that ..

neither for controller E1 0/0/0

neither for interface Serial0/0/0:15

neither for voice-port 0/0/0:15

how can i set custom tones for E1 lines and ports ?

AFAIk those commands work on FXO. I used to do that on FXO but not for E1.

Can your post the debug isdn q931 output for such calls.

we found the solution ..

with entering this command to global config, that problem is fixing now :

conf t

voice call disc-pi-off
