IP phone media traffic in Hub and spoke topology

Hi, I have centralized CUCm cluster, my all sites ip phones are registered with centralized call Manager, now due to compliance issue we cannot make full mesh topology for reachability, is there any configuration available so that media also go through cucm, not directly ip phone to ip phone.

Not possible. You need to have  reachability  between all ipPhone vlan and traffics will be between phone to phone. Only signaling through CUCM.
