Hi,
In our client environment, we have a voice gateway which has certain fxs ports, fxo ports and a T1 PRI card. CUCM has a direct SIP trunk to the VG, which is further connected to Avaya PBX. I have couple of questions here :
1. When I run the command "sh controllers T1" in the Voice Gateway, I can see the T1 ports which are up, but when I run "sh isdn status", router is not accepting the command. Why is that ?
2. For the calls going to Avaya, we are using the FXO ports as we have defined them in the dial peer. But for the Incoming calls coming from Avaya, below is the dial peer
"dial-peer voice 1001 pots
tone ringback alert-no-PI
description --- From PBX ---
incoming called-number .
There is no port command in the above incoming dial peer. How the router will know from where the call is coming?
Thanks in advance.
