Jabber Text not displaying in window

Hi Everyone

I have a user who is trying to use Jabber but when she types a message in the box and it's sent she doesn't see anything nor can she see when the other person responds. I've never seen this before and I wanted to see if anyone has encountered  this type of behavior before?

Hi Eric,

What is the Jabber client version? On what OS is it installed? What are the CUCM and IM&P versions? Is it affecting just one user/PC or all of them? if this is affecting just one PC then can you ask the user to login on some other PC to try an isolate the issue to a PC or user.
