You can check in the release notes if TSP is updated with the SU release. If it is it would be recommended to update it, however it’s quite often backwards compatible so it could work fine with the current installed version, but there is no guarantee that you would not run into quirks if you do so. Again the recommended action is to upgrade to the matched version.
