I'm working on an RFP for a UC solution. For this project I think offer Operation Manager 8

Can you confirm that the points below are supported by this application.

• Real-time monitoring of the charge of Public Access Network
• Generate reports on the charge of Public Access Network
• Real-time monitoring of the charge on links between two sites
• Generate reports on the charge of links between two sites
• Monitoring the quality of service on the network

Hi Franco,

Unified Operations Manager is part of the Unified Communications Management Suite (UCMS).  It does not do any billing applications for the charge questions below.  Cisco has partners that handle billing applications for Unified Communications. Send email to ucmanager-pm-team@cisco.com for more info on billing partners.

Unified Service Monitor is another UCMS products that collects MOS scores and Service Quality information from the Communications Mananager and Sensors or Cisco NAMs in the network. It should be proposed, in addition to Unified Operations Manager,  to address your last question.  Please look here for more information on UCMS products.
