phone not resrting and confguration changes are not applying

Hi,

When the phones are registered in subscriber , configuration restart and not applying 

cucm 11.5

PLease help

The local clock is not synchronised. >> you must fix this first. Check the NTP status on Publisher, make sure the publisher is synced with a NTP server. If the behavior is same   After Syncing with NTP, you probably need a cluster restart.
Windows NTP is not compatible with CUCM, you need a Linux NTP or make any other network device like router or switch as NTP and use this for CUCM to sync.

 

Btw the utils dbreplication command must be run on publisher.

Check if the DB is good.Check  if there is any errors in the DB tables.

 

From the CUCM CLI command issue utils dbreplicaiton  status wait for few minints to complete the DB table checks and issue  utils dbreplicaiton runtimestate .

Also check if there is any expired certs.

Try to restart the subscriber node. Also please check all network connectivity are ok running utils diagnose test.

The ntp server is windows , so sometimes it is giving the error
