Hello all,
I have a Cisco jabber (Jabber_for_Windows-14.0.2.56216) , internal calls work correctly no problem with microphone , but the microphone not not work on external calls .
Do you have any idea about this problem ?

Your "microphone" problem has nothing to with internal or external calls. This problems are not related to each it. Jabber doesn't "know" anything about external or internal calls. They are just calls ...

As @b.winter said, the problem is not with your PC microphone. It seems like you have one-way audio issues for external calls.
One-way audio issues are usually caused by network problems. Check the network connectivity from your PC to your gateway. You can do this by pinging your gateway.
What kind of service do you have with your ISP, SIP or PRI?
