Problem with TSP 7.0(2.2)

Hi,
i’ve encountered an issue regarding the registration of TSP drivers 7.0(2.2) installed in (WinSrv 2003 SP2) and CUCM 7.0.2.10000-18
The TSP drivers have been downloaded from the related CUCM plug-in page.
The configuration has been done inserting server 1, backup srv and tftp ip configuration with the right username and password.
After configuring and reloading the servers the related CTI ports is in unregistered state.
Inside the application user menu is present the same user/pwd that controls MWI_CTI and the relatd group is called "Standard CTI Enabled".
Looking inside the TSP logs by the Win2003 side I can see the folloeing errors:
10/07/2010 11:46:16.625 CiscoTSP001.tsp|   CQBEHelperBase::ProviderOpen() *ERROR* Provider open failed.  result=-1932787595| <LVL::Error><MASK::0001>

Do you have any idea to solve the problem?
Let me know asap.
Thanks.

Check the permission for the user that's being associated with the TSP device. They should have "CTI allowed" checked.

Hi Filipe,

Thk for relpy, Yes the user configurated in TSP is right and the permission of CTI allowed is present in the profile  "application user"

result=-1932787595 is a directory login timeout, are you LDAP integrated?  If so are you pointing your LDAP authentication to port 3268 instead of 389?  If not try to change that and then restart CTIManager to pickup the change.  Otherwise you could do a packet capture form the server which is getting the provider open request to see if the LDAP request is taking a while to get a response.

The CUCM is not integrated with LDAP.

The DB user is local.

In the winsrv, the service "Remote Access Connection Manager"  is disable.

did you find solution for this problem?
