Hi As a Individual is it possible to get a TAC if so how i can i get the Access.

In order to open a TAC case your equipment or software needs to be covered by Cisco smartnet, you need to register the smartnet contract number under your CCO profile to be able to open TAC cases. If you do not have a valid smartnet contract then you are not entitled to Cisco TAC assistance.
